Phil Dicks is a 20 year old multimedia devleoper who is skilled and eger to help you improve your media stratagies. Currently studying at Algonquin College in the Interactive Multimedia Developer program, he has also completed two years of Business Admin at Nipissing University. He has school experience in flash animation, html coding, processing, recording, photography and graphic design. Currently a full time student, he also likes to record music in his spare time.
